FAQ
Answers before you start a stone order.
The goal is to make the buying path predictable: what is fixed, what needs a quote, and what proof you can ask for.
What is the difference between stones and ready-to-ship stock?
Stones show what Stonitto can produce or customize. Ready-to-ship stock is fixed slab bundles with a set surface, size, quantity, and price.
Are stone prices final?
No. Stone prices are indicative ranges or starting prices until the exact material, finish, size, quantity, and destination are confirmed.
Can I order slabs, tiles, or blocks?
Yes. Availability depends on the stone and the current production or stock situation.
Can I request custom finishing or size?
Yes. Customization is handled through a quote because finish, thickness, size, and packing change the final price and lead time.
Do you provide QC photos?
Yes. Buyers can request production, sorting, packing, and QC photos before shipment. See the Shipping Policy for inspection, packing, and export preparation.
How fast can ready-to-ship stock move?
Ready-to-ship stock can move faster because the stock is already defined. Timing still depends on payment, documents, container availability, and export coordination.
How do I contact Stonitto?
WhatsApp and Telegram are the primary direct channels. You can also use the quote form when you want a structured request.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The public tracking page shows how the tracking workflow works, and real buyers can follow order status with their order details or portal account.
